The Apple TV Plus film will depict the real-life case of the Osage murders in the 1920s, in which prominent and wealthy members of the Native American Osage tribe were mysteriously murdered after oil was discovered on their land. The fight broke out just before 2 a.m. Monday near Main and Walnut Streets in Huntington Beach, when a woman wearing an Angels jersey reportedly got into an argument with two individuals discussing the Dodgers. The tension between the parties worsened, and three Marines passing by attempted to intervene to defuse the situation. Instead, the Los Angeles Times reports, they became the target of attacks.
