Mario Kart Tour has gained much popularity since its initial release on iOS and Android devices, releasing several waves of cosmetics for different characters playable within the game. One such playable character is the Mii. Being able to change the appearance of their Mii at their leisure led many players to also want to change their Racing Suit, which Mario Kart Tour enables through many Mii-only Racing Suits. Mario Kart Tour continues to surprise players with new content, and a recent tweet from the game’s Twitter account shows players that the 24th wave of Mii Racing Suits will release soon.

The tweet confirms that the 24th wave of Mii Racing Suits will release on January 25th, 2023. The wave will consist of a single suit by the name of Roaring Racer - both a visual and aural callback to the Kart of the same name, which a Mii can be seen riding in the trailer while wearing the Roaring Racer Racing Suit. It is not currently known how the cosmetic will be obtained, though Mario Kart Tour recently got rid of its Gacha mechanics, suggesting the cosmetic will be obtainable through regular play or more straight-forward microtransactions.

In addition to this, the trailer revealed that the 25th wave of Mii Racing Suits will release on February 8th, 2023. However, nothing is currently known about the upcoming cosmetic outside its silhouette, which can be observed in the trailer. Through these constant updates adding new cosmetic options for the character type, Mario Kart Tour is keeping Miis alive, and it seems likely there will be many more waves of Mii cosmetics in the very near future.

With so much attention being given to Mario Kart Tour, such as the recent Christmas event that added a new course, it is clear that there will be no shortage of content for the game anytime soon. With such a wide array of cosmetic options available, players should have no issue finding just the right outfit for their Mii.

Mario Kart Tour is available now for mobile devices.
